I've been +1 BLM for a very long time, in fact more the most of the BLM's that have a spot in a group. I still don't understand why I don't have a group for coils, I've gone with Group 1 when we were putting it together but no schedule was set. I wasn't on for one night and I was apparently out of that group even though there was no schedule set.

The recent group 3 build I thought I was going to be a part of but no one talked to me about schedule again. I looked at the roster today and found out once again I wasn't on it. So even though I've helped people through their trials and Titan fights I'm still off a roster for a group. I just don't understand why I don't have a group when I was one of the first BLM eligible to do content.

Especially when I was ready to do stuff over other BLM that are in other groups. It makes no sense. Perfect example is how I went on 3 raids in a row when we were building group 1 with no scheduling, then the one night I took off Zwick shows up and takes a spot.

I'm extremely tired of hearing "oh thanks for coming but if this person shows up we have to boot you." Which is garbage imo. Especially when I'm there for multiple runs with no advanced notice. When I and a guildmate came the other night on the group 3 run and we were "Getting Experience for future runs," we thought we had a raid but once again I was proved wrong by looking at the roster today.

I must say Good Luck on a coild group with just a SMN as you only ranged dps

Xazi, I understand where you are coming from and I apologize for any confusionme and my group may have caused.

Explaining: We did invite you for a Coils run on sunday which would be an "experience". I didn't invite you for the group itself because… I remember seeing you in Group 1 so I thought that either you were still in it or joined someone else's and that week you just happened not to play with any of them.

Anyways, I spoke to Jannos last night and he can't make it during our times, so I would like to invite you to join us for real, as a permanent member. Are you in?

Hey Xaxi. One of the issues really is that a lot of people aren't on the forums and responsive (until literally this week) about availability. I've been trying personally to set up balanced groups and I know we have enough people that have downed titan now for 3 solid groups; it's just getting them all coordinated and on the same wavelength as far as a set schedule goes. Even group one still has wild variations of our schedule (and that itself took a month to really get down solidly) but I also understand your frustration and would like to do anything I can to ensure those that are both geared and dedicated have a spot permanently in a coils group. I'm going to focus more on other group formations and also working on a general guide section for coils later today so that groups now entering coils will be adequately prepared and have the resources and strategies that they need in place for effective progression. I was also looking to mix the groups around more as, like you stated, there was simply not enough ranged which is a pretty important thing in coils.

Admittedly, the method(s) used for filling the existing Coils groups has been shaky at best.
This falls on both the officers and members combined.

I see that you're a warrior Spine, cool. Since all 3 groups have tanking sorted out, lets start a 4th group. We have more than enough people talented & ready to go.

As for not getting help from the FC, personally I only got help with Titan. I understand your level of frustration, but it's not constructive.

We still have people that need help through Titan. These players are your prospective 'group-mates'. I know that your road has been rough getting here, but lets help others get to where they can help you start raiding.

Please understand that this thread was created to fill groups. That is what I go off of as well as group synergy and optimization. If there are people that would like to raid together I would presumably want them to as they play together generally and this would inhibit a more cohesive and comfortable atmosphere. Now! With that said I would also like to point out that the only thing I have has to go off of as far as group formations are this thread and a few people in each group. Not everyone is yet on the forums and that makes it incredibly difficult to not only communicate interest but also to organize an entire group. All that is needed is for those that are interested to post their interest here on the forums and we will do our best to fill you into a slot. If you know of people that aren't on the site yet please harass them. It's easy to register and only takes a few minutes If there are no slots then a new group will be formed.

Sweet, I see the group update on the first page, but the time says needs update. I haven't heard back from sera yet about the times for that. Are we waiting on the group to be formed to pick those? or is something already mostly hammered out?
