Guys, try and relax. If you have bought from the EU store, they haven't even sent the codes out yet and that is not even the site for EU players to register, it is the NA FFXIV website.

To put your minds at ease, I took the liberty of quickly contacting SE Support as my Time Zone means I never have to wait more than 30 seconds to get into Live Chat. Here are his responses:

You: It says here http://preorder.eu.finalfantasyxiv.com/ that I can now redeem my pre-order Early Access code but I have not received a code after buying from the EU Square Enix Online Store.

SEE Agent Michael: The EU store will send a different set of codes and you would not need to register here. These have not been sent yet but will be sent soon.

You: Ok cool so the EU store hasn't sent the codes out yet?

SEE Agent Michael: I can confirm that these have not been sent yet.

SEE Agent Michael: Is there anything else I can help you with today?

You: Will the email provide a link with the place to register the key, if that site I linked isn't the right place?

SEE Agent Michael: The email should contain all the required information.
