option 1 would be a Quad core…..wich is now extinct.
option 2 would be a I5 or I7…….. hell to the no on i3

ummm since when?? The vast majority of intel processors, even many I7's are quad cores…..

To the OP of this topic, go with a 770 SC model, it performs a bit lower than that titan but also costs only $400 in comparison to the titan's hefty $1k price tag.
