He doesn't need a Crapple for his work… What does he need to do that a PC can't do?

Haven't you seen the Win8 vs iPad commercials? Apple is losing its cool now that Steve isn't steering the company…

It's not that I *need* an Apple because it has a special resource. It's just PCs gave me way too many headaches back in the day, mostly because of constant maintenance. I opened my MBP for the first time in two years to clean up and guess what? I was done in 3 minutes, simply because the thing is carefully built not to accumulate any dust inside its parts.

I've been always fairly computer savvy, but I hate wasting time fixing stuff or trying to figure out how to make things work when I just want to use it.

The ease to use and low maintenance are what got me invested into the Apple ecosystem. I can't bring myself to switch now.

If you get a desktop you need watercooling. I can play ultra with high FPS but the heat output of my PC is unreal and I can only bare it if I have my AC unit running.

eh, if you're going to go watercooled, why not a full immersion cooling? I saw a rig that was immersion cooled that they turned into a fake fishtank, was pretty awesome

The idea is good in a sense, but personally I wouldn't risk something like that. If something went wrong I'd panic so much!

hmmm, it's pretty much impossible for things to "go wrong" its a non-conductive mineral oil, you could pour it in your computer now and it wouldn't do anything. Liquid has a better thermal conductivity than air due to its density, so is able to transfer heat better, the tech has been around for a long time, as Cray used to use it on some mainframes in the 80s.
