My A.d.d. and what everyone else is to be

Guess its time for me to ask, as the most A.D.D. person here (probably) I'm left to wonder what all classes we have as far as for sure this person is this. Ive noticed we do have a abundance of tanks, as a fellow tanker i do plan on getting there and tanking with yall… one day but for now i'm wondering what are we lacking? i know we have some dragoons and a monk or two but really haven't heard much about us having bards. i figure even tho i haven't looked we have some blms and summoners as they are generally popular choices (imo). But to sum it up has anyone noticed something that we could use? As for me im going to be a Bard XD sure im still gonna work on my Warrior but for now i feel we could use some support classes in our roster.

Nah, I have hard ADD lol, I have to take 30mg meds a day for it, or i can't do anything at work, Ive seen a lot of dps and a few tanks, but not so many healers, but that's the beauty of the armory system, we can all have those jobs on demand as to what we need:-)

A lesson well learned, is not often forgotten….

heh this is true about the lack of healers ive noticed that too. I'm trying at all costs to avoid going healer / mage myself but we should try and encourage others to *cough* HEAL ME!!! =P but if it comes down to it i know i can be a healing machine. But i didnt realize that we was low on tanks tho i guess as a whole we might be just when i did a rough scan i always saw a few tanks on. Like most things i should have paid more attention XD

Hey Kalitas, nice of you to ask. Actually a few days ago I opened our members roster at the Lodestone to see what we had and what we lacked. You can verify by yourself here: http://na.finalfantasyxiv.com/lodestone/freecompany/9232379236109517854/member/

Anyways, here's a quick rundown

Around 20 of these 60 members are tankers. Pretty much even between PLD and WAR.
A little over 30 members are DPS, most of which are DRGs and BLMs, followed by SMN. We have next to 0 BRDs (I think it was 3 or 4) and very few Monks too.
Healers are scarce. Out of the +-10 members left, we have mostly SCH (and not all are main SCH, but rather SMN that can play SCH) and I think 3 WHMs.

If you take in consideration an ideal pt formation (1/4 tanks, 1/4 healers and 1/2 DPS) we are, indeed, excessive on tanks and severely lacking on healers and DPS variety.

Particularly, once I'm done leveling up my tankers, I'm taking up a BRD or MNK myself.

One thing we ask you all is, if you come across a good healer in a party, do try and check if s/he would like to join us. Tell them to come to the site and apply or talk to me, Caleo or one of the officers. It would be really appreciated!
